Today we looked at healthy eating. We learnt that between the ages of 8-11 children need to eat 1-2 serves of fruit a day and 3-4 serves of vegetables a day. We also learnt that different coloured fruits have a variety of vitamins and minerals, so we need to eat as many coloured fruit and vegetables as we can. We made tasty, healthy and fantastic fruit kebabs. Year fours all agree they were delicious!!!!!!
